He showed me the new system, how it runs, and he’s like, 'Set it and forget about it,' which I like. He showed me that it will alarm when low salt, which is amazing. He didn't try to push us to purchase something that we didn't need but only advised us of what we did need. He did a great job with servicing our unit and was very polite in explaining what we needed. He wouldn't leave until he knew for sure that everything was working properly like he promised. Significant Improvement in Our Water
We’ve had an Aqua System for about seven (7) months now and it has made a significant improvement in our water. Chris Pittman came by and checked on it last week and found a missing screen in it and came back today (7/21/25) to replace the missing filter screen. Devon came out to service our filtration system today and went above and beyond for sure! A tree had fallen across our driveway, and while some people would probably have asked that we reschedule, he parked at the street and hiked down our very long driveway with the tools he needed—and back up the long steep driveway twice for additional things he needed.
